kirinuki
A desktop app that semi-automatically makes Shorts, clips and digest videos from the archives of your own face-cam live streams (gaming and just-chatting).
It is developed privately by the streamer Ryusei Igarashi (11gather11) for his own streams, and is not publicly distributed.
What it does
- Transcribes stream archives; AI (Gemini, Claude) writes scene notes and suggests highlight candidates. A person decides which to use.
- Drafts Shorts and clips with subtitles, cuts and captions from the chosen highlights, to be adjusted in the editor and exported.
- Uploads stream archives to the user's own YouTube channel.
Working with YouTube
kirinuki uses YouTube API Services to upload stream archives to the user's own YouTube channel, after the user signs in with their Google Account and grants permission. The user decides the title, description and privacy status (public, unlisted or private), and confirms that the content complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines before uploading.
By using kirinuki, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
How data is handled
kirinuki runs on the user's computer, and the developer operates no server. Data is stored on the user's computer and leaves it only when uploading to YouTube and when calling the AI services the user configured (Gemini API, Claude). See the Privacy Policy for details.
